It can be challenging to find a delicious recipe for wild duck which is why I wanted to share this delicious recipe with you!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
8 Skinned Duck Breast Halves
How To:
Add Duck Breasts to a bowl of salt water for approximately one hour in order to eradicate the "wild game" taste.
Mix Worcestershire Sauce, Olive Oil, Garlic Salt, and Black Pepper together in a one gallon Ziplock bag. Shake the sealed bag well in order to coat the duck breasts. Marinate the duck breasts in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes to as long as overnight.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
Grill the Duck Breasts to desired doneness. Cook for approximately 5 minute per side for medium-well depending on the size of the duck breast and temperature.
Serve on a bed of Asparagus or other desired veggie and top with mushrooms if desired.
I hope you are able to enjoy this duck recipe as much as I do!
