When I cooked this for a crowd I used my own judgement on the portions. It really is as much as you want to cook, I love veggies so I went a little overboard! Use as much or as little as you want!
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh diced up turkey breast
Your choice of fresh veggies, such as broccoli, squash, onion, snap peas, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini
Teriyaki sauce (I used Mandarin Panda Express brand)
Sesame seeds
Butter
Rice
Fried rice seasoning mix
Eggs (optional)
Yum Yum sauce (Oriental isle at Walmart)
Soy sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Using a wok, heat the butter until melted. Sauté the veggies until tender. Stir in teriyaki sauce as you are sautéing.
When veggies are nearly finished cooking, toss in the turkey cubes and cook until done. Sprinkle sesame seeds over all of the veggies and turkey mix. Mix the rice and fried rice seasoning mix together, then add the rice mixture into the wok. Stir fry your rice & soy sauce.
Eggs are optional but you can crack a couple of eggs in your fried rice and stir until rice is fried to your liking! Salt and pepper as needed! Serve with Yum Yum sauce and enjoy!
